The questions we hear most often, with the short answer first. Need something not covered here? Contact us.
How fast do orders ship?
We process orders within 1–2 business days. Domestic ground delivery runs 3–7 business days after that, US-only. Tracking is emailed when your order leaves our fulfillment desk. Free shipping on orders over $200. Full details: shipping policy.
What’s the return policy?
Physical Care Pack bundles: 30 days from delivery, unopened and unused, with an RMA. Digital toolkits are non-returnable because each license is delivered immediately. If a toolkit has a technical issue, email support and we’ll make it right. Full details: return policy.
Are there order minimums?
No minimum for standard orders — buy a single bundle if that’s what you need. Bulk pricing kicks in at the quote desk for orders of $2,500 and up.
How does the quote desk work?
For orders of $2,500 or more, recurring shipments, or special-spec bundles, email info@dlmsolutionsgroup.com with the SKUs, quantities, and delivery window. We’ll send a written quote within 1 business day, lock in SKU availability, and offer net-terms options for qualifying accounts.
Can I customize a Care Pack bundle?
Yes. The catalog bundles cover the common operator and family-care use cases, but for builds with specific SKUs, branded packaging, or recurring restock cycles, route it through the quote desk and we’ll build it to spec.
How is toolkit licensing structured?
Operator toolkits are sold as lifetime, single-team licenses. One purchase covers the buyer and their internal team — no per-seat upsell and no expiry. You can update the toolkit on as many machines as your team uses. Reselling, sub-licensing, or distributing the toolkit externally is not permitted; see terms of service for the specifics.
What’s in a Care Pack?
Each Care Pack is a curated set of brand-name workplace, jobsite, office, school, food-service, or family-care line items, grouped for a clear use case. Every product page lists the full contents, case count, and intended use. Each item ships in its original manufacturer packaging.
What's the difference between a Class A and Class B first-aid kit?
ANSI/ISEA Z308.1 is the standard most workplace first-aid kits are built around. Class A kits cover the basic supplies for the most common workplace injuries at a lower-risk, lower-traffic site; Class B kits carry a broader range of supplies at higher quantities for higher-risk environments or higher head counts. Every product page lists exact contents and quantities so you can match a bundle to what your specific site actually needs — check with your workplace safety officer if you're unsure which class your location requires under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.151.
Where do the products come from? Does DLM make or repackage them?
DLM Solutions Group is a reseller. Every item in a Care Pack is a brand-name product, packaged by its manufacturer and shipped directly to you in its original packaging. We do not manufacture, repackage, relabel, or sterilize any product — a bundle is simply an assorted set of those line items, grouped for a clear use case.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Quote-desk accounts can also pay by invoice on net terms once approved.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at this time. DLM Solutions Group fulfills exclusively within the United States. We’ll update this page if that changes.
Something arrived damaged or wrong — what now?
Email info@dlmsolutionsgroup.com within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or process a refund — whichever you prefer.
