Shipping Policy

Where we ship

DLM Solutions Group fulfills exclusively within the United States, including the 50 states and DC. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or US territories at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard ground shipping arrives in 3–7 business days from the date of shipment. Transit time depends on the destination and the carrier’s current service windows.

Free shipping threshold

Orders subtotaling $200 or more ship free via standard ground. The threshold applies to the order subtotal before tax and after any discounts.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment desk. If you don’t see tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email dlmsolutionsgroup1@gmail.com and we’ll look into it.

Address changes

You can change a shipping address until your order enters fulfillment. After that, the order is locked. Reach out as soon as possible if you need a correction.

Digital toolkits

Operator toolkits don’t ship — they deliver as a download link to the email on the order, usually within minutes of purchase.

Issues with delivery

Lost, damaged, or wrong-item shipments are covered by our return policy. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and we’ll make it right.
