Return Policy

Physical Care Pack bundles

Care Pack bundles can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

How to start a return

  1. Email dlmsolutionsgroup1@gmail.com with your order reference and the reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply within 1 business day with an RMA number and the return address.
  3. Pack the bundle in its original packaging and write the RMA number on the outside of the carton.
  4. Ship the return with tracking. We recommend keeping the tracking number until your refund is processed.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.

What’s refunded

Refunds cover the product subtotal. Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of an error on our side (wrong item, damaged in transit, etc.).

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — and we cover return shipping.

Digital toolkits

Operator toolkits are non-returnable. Because each toolkit is delivered as a downloadable license immediately upon purchase, we can’t accept returns or refund requests for buyer’s remorse.

If you’re running into a technical problem with a toolkit, email support and we’ll work with you to get it resolved — including replacement files, license re-issues, or, in cases where the toolkit genuinely doesn’t function as described, a refund at our discretion.
